Office Administrator
A growing property services company based in Hendon is looking to hire an Office Administrator to support the Operations Manager and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This is a straightforward, office-based admin role focused on communications, scheduling, and general operational support. It would suit someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Booking and scheduling jobs
Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure work is coordinated smoothly
Updating systems, trackers, and job records
General office administration to support the wider team and keep operations running efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in an office-based admin or administrative role
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and basic office systems
Organised, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and professional
Hours, Salary & Location
Full-time, Monday to Friday (Early Finish Friday)

Location: North West London
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
