About the Role

We are working with three electrical contractors, all seeking a Senior Project Manager. Our client, a well-established electrical contractor in Fairfield County, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects. This is a career-defining opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on projects that power hospitals, data centers, commercial facilities, and more. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time spent both on-site and in-office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout. Lead project teams, including engineers and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications. Oversee electrical system installations, including UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, data networking, and communication wiring. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact. Work effectively in regulated environments such as healthcare, chemical plants, and data centers. IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND Required: Experience in the electrical construction industry (not general construction). Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects. Strong portfolio of commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects. Understanding of design/build project delivery methods. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
