Chef Supervisor

This exciting role will include:

The college refectories are very busy catering operations offering a food service to our students, staff, and visitors to the College. This is a rare Monday to Friday role within the catering industry - hours are 7.30am - 3pm. 

As a Chef Supervisor, you will be working as part of a multi-site refectory team and will be responsible for the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

You will lead a small team day to day and support with cashing up and banking.

• Is passionate about food and takes pride in their work
• Can consistently deliver great quality food and service
• Has experience working in a busy catering or kitchen environment
• Holds a relevant food/catering qualification (e.g. Food Production, Commis Chef)
• Is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing demands

College location: Based at our Lewes Campus.

Annual salary: Circa £26,500

(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours:   Full time – 37 Hours / 52.14 weeks
