Sales Account Manager
  
Location: Remote & Field-Based
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
OTE: £50,000 – £55,000 (Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing
  
Relationship Management
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers
  • Become the go-to partner for advice, support, and growth
  • Deliver consistent value to increase engagement and referrals
Account Growth
  • Drive activity and performance across existing accounts
  • Identify opportunities to increase referrals and revenue
  • Analyse partner performance and spot growth opportunities
Reactivation
  • Re-engage dormant or underperforming accounts
  • Use insight-led conversations to bring partners back to life
New Business Generation
  • Create your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Secure new partnerships both remotely and face-to-face
  • Open doors and convert opportunities into long-term relationships
Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to track activity and performance
  • Maintain strong organisation and consistent follow-up
Market Presence
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and exhibitions
  • Build your personal brand and expand your network
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Background in property, conveyancing, PropTech, or financial services (ideal but not essential)
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated — you own your pipeline and results
  • Commercially aware with a strong drive to win
  • Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Comfortable working remotely and in the field
