About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants to support a number of Dementia care homes across South Wales on an ad hoc / zero-hour agency basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, reliable, and available at short notice to cover last-minute shifts. Shifts Available • Immediate start • Day and night shifts available 7-7 and/or 8-8 • Shifts offered based on service requirements Service Locations & Client Groups – Dementia care homes • Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44 1AP Requirements • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care • At least 6 months’ UK experience as a Care Assistant within the last 6 months • Must be able to work a minimum of 2 x 12 hour shifts a week • Ability to work flexibly and accept short-notice shifts • Medication administration Pay Rate • £16.07 per hour (LTD rate) Inclusive of holiday pay and National Insurance (equivalent to £14.24 per hour PAYE INC rate) If you are interested in flexible agency work and can support shifts across any of the above locations, we would love to hear from you.
