It helps new managers maximise team performance, develop coaching skills, delegate effectively, and manage the employee life cycle. 3 Leaders three: Accelerate Accelerate is geared towards Home Managers, Deputy Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, and senior managers in Central Services.
