This is an onsite, direct-hire opportunity ideal for a seasoned operations professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in property management or landlord relations. This role offers a competitive annual salary of $75,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package. Position Overview The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions across a portfolio of fully furnished residential properties. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing vendor relationships, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in property operations, contractor management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with design and operations teams to implement property setup and improvement projects Oversee property staging, modeling, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards Reduce operational costs while continuously improving processes and service delivery Manage and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and external business partners Maintain city-level inventory of furniture, bedding, and consumables; monitor and optimize safety stock levels Report furniture damage and coordinate with supply chain and design teams for replacements Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency Track operational metrics and performance data to drive productivity, reduce errors, and control unit costs Ensure a consistently high standard of resident and client satisfaction Preferred Qualifications 9+ years of experience in property management, landlord relations, or customer service leadership Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience managing vendors and contractors Proven ability to improve operational processes and reduce costs Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
