  • Experienced Salesforce Production Support professional to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Responsible for incident management, issue resolution, root cause analysis, user support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless business operations across Salesforce platforms.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Salesforce applications across production and non-production environments.
  • Monitor platform health, system performance, and data integrity to ensure optimal availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms while adhering to SLA commitments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive and permanent corrective actions.
  • Administer Salesforce security and access controls, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and queues.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to validate, test, and deploy fixes.
  • Support release and deployment activities, including change management, sandbox refreshes, data migration, and post-deployment validation.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external systems.
  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and known error databases.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
  • Participate in on-call support and rotational shift schedules to provide business-critical support coverage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
  • Familiarity with Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Lightning Components, and debugging techniques for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving integration issues involving REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Setup, Data Loader, Change Sets, and deployment activities.
  • Proficiency with ITSM and incident management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with multiple integrations.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and release management processes.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet defined SLAs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across distributed and global teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying, preventing, and resolving production issues.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required.
