🔍 About the Role

As a GRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Delivery Organization, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Corporater’s GRC solutions. You will work closely with project delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists to align GRC best practices with client-specific needs, driving impactful and sustainable solutions.

You’ll play a critical role in project governance, ensuring that deployments follow industry standards and deliver measurable business value. This role demands deep domain expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex GRC challenges.

This is a high-impact role within the delivery organization, requiring a blend of GRC expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

GRC Strategy & Solution Design

• Work closely with clients to understand their governance, risk, and compliance objectives, translating them into effective GRC solutions.

• Provide thought leadership in GRC methodologies, industry regulations, and risk management strategies.

• Design and validate solution architectures to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

• Ensure Corporater’s GRC platform is implemented using industry best practices for compliance tracking, risk assessments, and policy enforcement.

• Serve as the go-to expert for both internal and external stakeholders on GRC regulations, trends, and technologies.

Delivery Governance & Best Practices

• Act as a review authority for GRC solution designs, configurations, and implementation roadmaps.

• Define standardized implementation frameworks and methodologies to streamline project delivery.

• Provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify solution integrity and compliance alignment.

• Ensure seamless transition from project deployment to steady-state operations.

Client Engagement & Advisory Services

• Lead executive-level discussions and advisory sessions to drive GRC transformation.

• Act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through change management, compliance automation, and risk analytics.

• Support business process reengineering to optimize GRC workflows.

• Develop and present GRC maturity assessments and optimization roadmaps.

Knowledge Sharing & Enablement

• Mentor and train delivery teams, consultants, and clients on best practices in GRC implementation.
• Develop playbooks, whitepapers, and case studies to capture implementation insights.
• Stay updated on emerging regulatory trends, compliance mandates, and risk management innovations.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide insights into feature enhancements based on client feedback.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance GRC project outcomes.
• Drive automation and innovation within solution delivery to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing forums to represent Corporater’s thought leadership.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 📌 8-10 years of experience in GRC solution delivery, risk management consulting, or enterprise compliance frameworks.

• 🔍 Deep understanding of governance, risk management & compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, COBIT).

• 🛠 Hands-on experience in configuring GRC platforms such as Corporater, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar.

• 🤝 Strong leadership, advisory, and client management skills.

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical implementations.

• Experience in stakeholder management, executive presentations, and strategic roadmaps.

🌟 Bonus Points if You Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or PMP.

• Experience in cloud-based GRC deployments and enterprise integrations.

• Knowledge of AI-driven risk assessments or compliance automation.

• Additional European languages are a big plus.
