CDM Advisor | Peterborough | Circa £50,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Are you confident in your knowledge of CDM Regulations and committed to ensuring safe project delivery?

We are seeking a dedicated CDM Advisor to embed within a leading utilities company. This role involves ensuring all projects are fully compliant with CDM legislation, advising on design, and conducting site audits on framework contractors.

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee and advise on the application of CDM Regulations, including the review of PCI, Design, and Construction Phase Plans.
• Conduct competency assessments on Framework Contractors for Designers and Principal Contractors.
• Perform site audits to monitor CDM compliance during design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote best practices and deliver targeted CDM training.
• Support the development and review of risk assessments and H&S files to meet safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant engineering or health and safety qualification, with NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary design teams and applying health and safety principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365.
