About the Role
Job Title: Account Representative Location: Oceanside, CA Compensation: $19.50-20.50/hr depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday plus 2 Saturday's a month Position Summary: We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to assist consumers with managing and resolving account-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced call center environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and looking for long-term career growth.
