About the Role
<p>We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting payroll operations while working in a hybrid model that combines office and remote work.</p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration and salary calculations.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end payroll processes.</p></li><li><p>Very good knowledge of Polish labour law, social security, and payroll regulations.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Enova365 (HR and Payroll modules).</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.</p></li><li><p>Good working knowledge of MS Excel.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees and contractors.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain HR and payroll documentation, including employment contracts, annexes, certificates, and other employment-related documents.</p></li><li><p>Ensure payroll compliance with Polish labour law, social security, and tax regulations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records in Enova365.</p></li><li><p>Cooperate with managers, employees, and external payroll-related institutions.</p></li><li><p>Support employee benefits administration.</p></li><li><p>Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding payroll and employment-related matters.</p></li></ul>
