About the role: Justteachers is recruiting an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for a full time, short-term position starting in September 2026 at a welcoming primary school in the Keighley area. The school is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where pupils are encouraged to become confident, independent learners. Staff work collaboratively to deliver high-quality teaching and ensure every child is supported to achieve their full potential. Key Skills and Attributes: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum for Year 3 pupils • Support pupils in their transition from KS1 to KS2 • Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform future planning • Differentiate learning activities to meet a range of abilities and needs • Create a positive classroom environment that promotes confidence and achievement • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations for all learners • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development Pre-requisites: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification • Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment practices • Excellent communication and classroom management skills • Enhanced DBS clearance If you are interested in this role, please apply via the form below.
