Candidate must have 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting HCM Time and labor, ELM, Portal, Payroll, HR, eModules, and performance management modules. <br /><br />The individual should also have some level experience with Oracle 10g/11g administration. In-depth experience with Oracle10g/11g installation and administration is a plus. This can include experience with configuring RAC, and RMAN/Oracle Data Guard. <br /><br />Prior knowledge of Government systems is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience with troubleshooting problems; documenting and reporting back after corrective measures have been taken.</td></tr><tr><td colspan="4">Behavior Characteristics: <br />Good communication and presentation skills desirable.
