Position Summary:
St. Ignatius of Antioch School and Church in Yardley, PA is seeking a qualified and dependable Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of parish facilities maintenance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the church campus, buildings, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational to support parish activities and ministries. This is a full-time position, which includes a generous medical benefit, a 403B retirement plan, and paid vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all maintenance operations for the parish campus, including preventative and corrective maintenance
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors and contractors as needed
Maintain equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies, including after-hours situations
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general facilities maintenance
Proven ability to manage maintenance operations and coordinate vendors
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds
Willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
