The Opportunity: Are you a natural relationship builder and door opener, passionate about winning major clients? We are representing a global insurance giant launching a new UK corporate division, and they need talented sales professionals to drive their growth. This is not a typical broking role; it is a pure, strategic sales position where your sole focus is on nurturing relationships with the UK's largest companies and securing a place at the table.

About Our Client: Our client is a global insurance challenger brand, backed by enormous investment and a track record of explosive growth. They are now replicating this success in the UK corporate market, building a new practice from the ground up to compete directly with the top-tier brokers.

The Role:

  • You will be given a defined list of major prospective clients within your region.
  • Your mission is to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Secure opportunities to participate in formal RFP processes for their insurance programmes.
  • Act as the lead relationship manager, bringing in a dedicated technical team to execute the pitch.

What You'll Need:

  • A proven track record in a client-facing, relationship-led sales role, targeting large businesses.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • You do not need to be a technical insurance expert, but must have the commercial acumen to represent a top-tier insurance firm.
  • A tenacious, patient, and strategic approach to business development.
