About the Role
<p>This Business Development Executive role sits in a leading international law firm, reporting to the SBDM. As a BD Executive you’ll help drive strategic marketing initiatives across pitches, profile-raising, events, and client communications.</p>
</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with BD Managers and fee earners to shape and deliver strategic marketing plans.</li>
<li>Lead the development of tailored pitch materials, client presentations, and credentials.</li>
<li>Maintain and enhance matter databases, client lists, and industry-specific marketing assets.</li>
<li>Conduct insightful research on clients, competitors, and market trends.</li>
<li>Manage internal and external profile-raising activities, including digital content and PR.</li>
<li>Coordinate updates to web and print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.</li>
<li>Create and distribute client alerts, event invitations, and newsletters using CRM tools.</li>
<li>Drive submission processes for directories and awards.</li>
<li>Plan and execute client-facing events and track ROI.</li>
<li>Champion CRM systems (InterAction) and support marketing infrastructure improvements.</li>
<li>Collaborate across practice groups and with external agencies as required.</li>
</ul>
<p>The successful candidate for this role must have marketing or BD experience in a professional services environment (law firm preferred).</p>
