Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing team in Doncaster This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Employment Lawyer to join a firm with a strong reputation for providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice to both businesses and individuals. The Role Managing a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters Advising employers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues Handling Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to resolution Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks Advising on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and workplace disputes Negotiating settlement agreements and exit arrangements Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships What’s in it for You?
