Lettings Negotiator – BenefitsA basic salary of up to £30,000 (pro rata, depending on working hours structure)Alternative package of £25,000 basic plus commission (again pro rata, depending on hours, days worked)Both options come with the opportunity to work either 4 or 5 days per weekFlexibility on working hours, including options for earlier finishes (e.g. 3pm)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysOn-site parkingSupport from an experienced remote administratorA flexible, supportive working environment focused on output rather than rigid hours Lettings Negotiator – DutiesManaging an existing portfolio of circa 100 properties, with a clear objective to grow this to 120 by year endProactively generating new business through local market activity, referrals, and applicant engagementConducting property viewings and delivering a high-quality, consultative experience to applicantsConfidently negotiating and agreeing lets, ensuring the best possible outcome for landlordsMaximising all opportunities to convert enquiries into viewings, offers, and new instructionsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, providing regular updates and adviceCarrying out property inspections and reporting back to landlords where requiredPreparing inventories and ensuring all pre-tenancy documentation is accurate and compliantHandling inbound enquiries from landlords and tenants, managing these efficiently and professionallyKeeping all records, CRM systems, and paperwork up to dateWorking closely with the wider team and admin support to ensure a smooth lettings process from enquiry through to move-in Lettings Negotiator – Experience NeededPrevious experience within residential lettings is essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsOrganised with good attention to detailSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to business generationComfortable managing a varied and hands-on roleDriving licence and access to a vehicle is essential You will be a customer-focused individual who enjoys a varied role and is looking for flexibility without compromising on responsibility or earning potential.
