The role involves managing the full sales process, securing new instructions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.<br><br> Hours: <br><br> Monday–Friday 8:45am–6pm <br><br> Saturday 9am–4pm (1 in 3, day off in lieu)<br><br> <strong>Main Duties </strong><br><br> Managing enquiries and registering applicants<br><br> <br><br> Conducting viewings and advising buyers<br><br> <br><br> Carrying out valuations and securing instructions<br><br> <br><br> Negotiating offers and progressing sales<br><br> <br><br> Building strong client relationships<br><br> <br><br> Generating new business and maintaining local presence<br><br> <br><br> Ensuring compliance throughout the process<br><br> <br><br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong><br><br> Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator or Valuer level<br><br> <br><br> Strong local market knowledge<br><br> <br><br> Proven track record in valuations and sales<br><br> <br><br> Excellent communication and negotiation skills<br><br> <br><br> Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional<br><br> <br><br> Full UK driving licence<br><br> <strong>Please click APPLY </strong>
