We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivering software implementation projects for our customers all over the world, creating next generation digital banking experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex technology projects, an understanding of financial regulatory environments, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate implementations and upgrades with our customers
- Communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders
- Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring functional and technical feasibility
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Manage project risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them effectively
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk-logs and status reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end, complex, multistakeholder projects on time and within scope
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Ability to work 2 days per week from the office
- Ability to travel worldwide up to 1 week per month
