Supervisors - AM and PM Shifts available - Bilston, Wolverhampton - Permanent - £24,460-£27,955 ( additional payment for PM shifts, will involve working on saturdays) We are proud to be working in partnership with our Wolverhampton client in their recruitment for Supervisors on A M and PM shifts. The Role of Supervisor Training and coaching team members, leading by example Maintain awareness of team performance, helping to overcome challenges and resolve issues Monitor and improve on KPI's based on giveaway, performance and waste reduction Led on health and safety culture, ensuring health and safety polici es and procedures are followed at all times Take the lead on quality standards and ensure correct information is filtered down to the team The Person Previous experience in a leadership role essential Experience within a production environment with health and safety and quality knowledge needed You will have a continuous improvement mindset, able to identify areas for improvement You will be a great communicator with a positive attitude Details 35-40 hours per week - hours will vary Hourly pay rate £13.44 AM shifts - Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm PM shifts - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3pm - 10.30pm Friday 2.30pm - 10pm Saturday 9am - 5pm Free on site parking Staff canteen Company pension APPLY NOW INDPERMS
