About the Role
Apprentice Administrator – North London Heat and Power Project (Edmonton) This Apprenticeship Administrator role will be working within the project support team based at the North London Heat and Power project in Edmonton, assisting with all administration tasks whilst simultaneously working towards an NVQ qualification. All training will be provided by NRL & a 3rd Party Apprenticeship provider.

Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel)
What will the role consist of?Assist with administration duties within the Compliance team:
Reviewing worker packs to ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant
Carrying out competency checks for site personnel
Managing and maintaining the CV parser system
Reviewing project applications and supporting the management of the Talent Pool
Updating and maintaining internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information
Generating contracts and associated project documentation
Monitoring and chasing expiring documents to ensure ongoing compliance
Providing general office and administrative support to the site team
Assisting with any other ad hoc administrative duties as required
