KORSCH America, our North American Division, based in Boston, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our exceptional sales team.

The Regional Sales Manager will sell the full line of KORSCH equipment and services in the designated sales territory. This position reports to the Director of Sales and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, innovative organization.

Responsibilities, Background, Experience:

Responsibilites

  • Work with the full network of existing accounts in the territory
  • Develop new business opportunities within the territory
  • Engage directly with customers to identify needs and offer technical solutions
  • Make technical presentations and issue proposals
  • Participate in customer visits and technical demonstrations
  • Negotiate final pricing and terms of equipment sales
  • Travel to KORSCH AG with clients to support factory acceptance testing
  • Ability to work internally across the organization to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25%–50% for customer visits, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.

Required Background/ Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience with a focus on capital equipment ideal.
  • Experience with Salesforce also helpful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount.
