About the Role
Freshminds has been retained by a PE backed, internationally operating certification and assurance business, to find a high impact Head of Revenue Operations. Reporting to the CCO, you will run a small team to ensure the commercial department is running optimally and profitably. Responsibilities: Work closely with FP&A to develop and track the right reports for profitable growth Own customer systems, ensure effective integration and build automation Own customer experience and implement new ways of winning and delivering for customers Requirements: c.3-5 years in top tier strategy consutling Experience in B2B services, in a commercial/revenue operations role Proficient in HubSpot Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
