Expand the SupremeServ customer base in Kenya and neighboring countries Engage customers throughout the product lifecycle and identify installed base opportunities Achieving individual and team targets for order intake, revenue, and profitability Repair and manage tenders, quotations, and commercial negotiations with accuracy and professionalism Oversee order processing to ensure timely and efficient execution Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP and CRM systems Payment collection by following up on overdue receivables Represent KSB at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events to enhance market visibility Foster a collaborative, professional, and positive working environment with colleagues, partner customers.
