Viatris is always looking for talented individuals to join our team. For this reason, we work with several recruiting firms to assist us in some of our searches. Viatris does not, however, accept unsolicited resumes from any recruiting firm. Unless specifically contracted to do so, please do not submit any resumes to Viatris or its employees as they will be considered unsolicited. Unsolicited resumes will become the sole property of Viatris and you will not be eligible for any fees or commissions.

How do I apply for an open position?

Your journey begins at Viatris.com/careers and selecting the location where you wish to work. For some locations, you can search and apply for available jobs online. In some instances, you may be prompted to submit a resume/curriculum vitae (CV) to a recruiter via email, in which case you should include a description of the position in which you are interested. A recruiter will contact you if your qualifications match an open position.

How can I be sure my resume/CV was received?

For positions in North America, India and parts of Europe, you will receive an automated, system-generated email confirming receipt of your application. For all other locations, a recruiter will contact you if your qualifications match an open position.

How often are employment career opportunities updated on the website?

Our list of job opportunities is updated frequently ‒ often on a daily basis ‒ as openings occur or positions are filled. We encourage you to check our website regularly for new positions matching your experience and interests.

I received a suspicious message from someone claiming to be a Viatris recruiter. How can I confirm their identity?

Unfortunately, recruiting scams do exist and we encourage all job seekers to protect their personal information. You can take simple steps, such as confirming the recruiter’s phone number and email address are associated with our company. You can also check our career website regarding any open roles that are being referenced. Viatris recruiters will never ask you to provide banking or credit card information in connection with recruiting activities. If you believe you are the target of fraudulent recruiting activity, please contact local law enforcement.

I have a disability; how can I apply?

If you are interested in building your career with Viatris, we encourage you to create a general profile on our careers website. Your profile will be matched with future job openings based on your skills and experience. Viatris recruiters will not accept unsolicited resumes in person.

How can I delete all my application information from your database and/or withdraw from the recruiting process for a role?

A Message for Recruiting Firms Recruitment Fraud Advisory

Be advised that we have received reports of fraudulent recruiting activities, including requests for banking, credit card and other personal information, by individuals or organizations falsely claiming to be recruiting on behalf of Viatris. The fraudulent activities have typically begun with bogus job interview inquiries or applications sent by email, instant messenger or text.

Viatris and its recruiting firms do not request banking or credit card information in connection with Viatris recruiting activities. Additionally, Viatris representatives do not request payment or personal bank information as part of our recruitment process.

Viatris.com is the primary source of all company job postings and authorized third-party career websites. If you question the legitimacy of a job opening for which Viatris is recruiting, please visit Viatris.com to see if the job is posted. Viatris does engage recruiting agencies to help identify potential candidates for open positions. If you are contacted by an authorized Viatris representative regarding a job opportunity, there should be no cost to you as the job seeker.
