<p><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></p>
<p>Seeking a CRM Project Analyst to optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and support business transformation initiatives.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Gathering and translating business requirements into <strong>user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria</strong></li>
<li>Configuring <strong>workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations</strong> within Dynamics 365</li>
<li>Supporting <strong>training, adoption, and mentoring</strong> for CRM users</li>
<li>Improving <strong>data quality, processes, and operational reporting</strong></li>
<li>Acting as a bridge between <strong>technical teams, developers, and end users</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>THE CANDIDATE:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 years’ experience as a <strong>CRM Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role</strong></li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong></li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Experience engaging with <strong>technical and non-technical stakeholders</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>THE OFFER:</strong></p>
