About the Role
About the role: Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to work with our partner secondary schools in the Rugby area, starting ASAP. This long-term role will be expected to last until the end of the academic year. The schools across Rugby we are working with have a range of needs, behavioural requirements and SEN needs. We work with some excellent schools, who hold high values and who have an excellent SLT who are very supportive. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons left by the classroom teacher Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Take the register and ensure all students are accounted for Provide assistance to students where needed to help them stay on task Report any issues or feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day Pre-requisites: Experience in a UK educational setting OR educational qualification Proven experience working with pupils across KS3/KS4 Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies Excellent communication and teamwork skills Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting If you are interested in this role, please apply via the form below.
