<h2><strong>Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing | Up to $100K</strong></h2><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 12‑Hour Shifts (Days or Nights)</p><h3><strong>Location:</strong> Denver</h3><p><strong>Job Overview</strong><p>We’re hiring a <strong>Maintenance Supervisor</strong> to lead a hands‑on maintenance team in a <strong>high‑volume food/bakery manufacturing environment</strong>. This role focuses on <strong>equipment reliability, safety, and minimizing downtime</strong> while coaching technicians and supporting continuous improvement.</p><hr /><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians and mechanics</li><li>Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC issues</li><li>Prioritize and track work orders using a <strong>CMMS</strong></li><li><strong>Support continuous operations and respond to equipment breakdowns</strong></li><li><strong>Coach, train, and develop the maintenance team</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, and food safety standards</strong></li><li><strong>Partner with production and quality teams to reduce downtime</strong></li><li><strong>Support equipment upgrades, installs, and reliability projects</strong></li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> industrial or food manufacturing maintenance experience</li><li><strong>2+ years</strong> maintenance leadership or supervisory experience</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Experience with conveyors and industrial equipment</li><li>CMMS experience</li><li>Ability to work <strong>12‑hour shifts</strong>, weekends, and emergency coverage</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Preferred</strong></h3><ul><li>Associate degree or technical certification</li><li>Bakery or food manufacturing equipment experience</li><li>HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics</li><li>Welding and basic PLC troubleshooting</li><li>Three‑phase power and motor controls experience</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Why Join Us</strong></h3><ul><li>Compensation up to <strong>$100,000</strong></li><li><strong>Stable, established food manufacturing operation</strong></li><li><strong>Lead and mentor an experienced maintenance team</strong></li><li><strong>Ongoing equipment upgrades and improvement projects</strong></li><li><strong>Structured 12‑hour scheduling</strong></li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3><p>Food manufacturing facility with high‑volume production equipment.
