An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join a growing Quality Assurance team. This role involves internal auditing across multiple departments, providing detailed feedback to employees and managers, and supporting internal data analysis and reporting.
You may also have the opportunity to attend audits with external business partners and assist with complaint handling, making this a varied and engaging role. This position would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits across various departments
Provide constructive feedback on audit findings to staff and management
Assist with internal data analysis and reporting
Support audits of external partners when required
Assist with complaint handling and investigation processes
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and management information tools
Keep up to date with regulatory, technical, and market developments through ongoing training
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance
(ideally within insurance, legal, or financial services)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent written communication and report writing skills
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
Experience with AuditWise CRM would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
