Senior Manager – Business Solution Architect London (hybrid) – other UK locations available Up to £100,000 + bonus + private medical + benefits A global consulting and professional services firm is expanding its Managed Services solutioning capability and is looking for a Senior Manager – Business Solution Architect to help shape and win complex outsourcing and transformation engagements. Role OverviewYou will lead the end-to-end solution design process for managed services opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions are operationally viable, commercially robust and clearly differentiated. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage senior client stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirementsQualify opportunities and contribute to go / no-go decision processesDesign operating models, delivery frameworks and transition plans for outsourced servicesDevelop high-level solution architecture covering people, process and technologyProduce compelling client proposals and solution documentationIdentify risks, assumptions and dependencies within proposed solutionsBuild business cases and ROI models demonstrating value to clientsCollaborate with sales, delivery and technical teams to shape winning bids Key RequirementsExperience designing outsourcing or managed service solutionsStrong background in operating model design and transformation programmesExperience developing transition plans and large-scale service delivery modelsAbility to produce commercially compelling proposals and business casesStrong stakeholder engagement across sales, delivery and architecture teamsConsulting or professional services background preferredPublic sector exposure beneficial but not essential PackageBase salary up to £100,000Performance bonusPrivate medical coverHybrid working across London office, home and client sitesExtensive benefits and career progression within a global consultancy To hear more get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade
