As Head of Tailormade Sales, you will lead the team responsible for turning inspiration into reality at scale. You’ll own the vision, performance, and culture of our enquiry‑led Tailormade Sales function, empowering teams to create exceptional, high‑value journeys while delivering strong, sustainable commercial results. You’ll inspire leaders and sellers to raise the bar, deepen destination expertise, and deliver consistently outstanding outcomes for our partners and their customers. If you’re driven by impact, purpose, and the challenge of building something special, this role gives you the mandate — and the accountability — to do exactly that.   What you’ll be responsible for Own the Tailormade Sales P&L: revenue, margin, productivity, cost‑to‑serve and incentive ROI. Set the sales plan: targets, KPIs and execution rhythms that lift conversion and profitability. Lead through leaders: coach and develop Tailormade Team Leaders, build succession and raise the standard. Resource to demand: capacity planning, hiring plans, roster design and productivity improvements. Build capability at scale: onboarding, coaching, training frameworks and destination/product depth. Remove barriers to sale: partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Technology and Marketing to fix friction points. Improve systems and ways of working: strengthen CRM/ERP usage, reporting, enquiry workflows and sales enablement.   What you’ll bring Proven experience delivering sales growth + margin outcomes in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment (travel/tourism advantageous). Demonstrated ability to lead and develop leaders (Team Leaders / supervisors) and lift performance across multiple teams. Strong commercial instincts: comfortable owning targets, managing cost drivers, and using data to prioritise. Clear, confident communicator who can align cross‑functional stakeholders and drive outcomes. A coaching mindset with high standards — you build capability, accountability and a winning culture.
