Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to provide financial insight and analysis across the entire enterprise by playing a key role in the annual planning process, managing Executive and Board of Directors reporting, and leading enterprise debt financing modeling. </span></p><p></p><p><i><span>This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday each week)</span></i></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Your primary responsibilities include: </span></u></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Play a critical role in leading the enterprise consolidation for the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cashflow for planning and forecasting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes including the preparation of all internal financial presentations to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support organizational financing needs through development of financial modeling to support lender and rating agency reviews</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enterprise leadership of debt financing modeling and methodology</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b><span>Education and Experience:</span></b></u></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CMA or CPA desired</span></p></li><li><p><span>5+ years related finance work experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of the interconnectivity between the income statement, balance sheet </span><span>and statement of cash flows</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience with executive level reporting and communications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, OBI, Power BI, JDE applications, </span></p></li><li><p><span>Microsoft Office or other similar systems</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><u><b><span>Required Competencies:</span></b></u></p><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrate a strong service ethic and able to partner with senior leaders across the </span><span>organization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Intellectual curiosity; strive to challenge for continuous learning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to perform well in a dynamic environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including ability to communicate technical </span><span>information to a non-technical audience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strategic thinking and planning skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical and quantitative with strong financial analysis skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to work with and gain insights from various sources of data across the company</span></p></li><li><p><span>Process orientation, including ability to question, streamline, and improve existing processes</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>$93,360-$140,040.<span> </span>In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges. </span></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
