London Branch Manager Brixton | Hybrid Please note that our client covers all over Zone 1 – 2 in London and have recently moved their office from Hackney to Brixton. The role is, however, hybrid. Start date: April 2026 Starting salary: £40,000 + unlimited commission (reviewed after 3 months) Unlimited commission | Monday–Friday | Full-time employee role The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced, sales driven London Branch Manager to play a key role in shaping and growing the London arm of their independent residential property business. This is a rare opportunity for someone who has thrived in lettings, sales, and property management, but is now looking to step away from the rigid, corporate estate agency model, without stepping back in ambition, earning potential, or responsibility. You will work closely with the Managing Director, helping to build the London side of the business strategically and operationally, supported by our London Property Manager and established Birmingham team who manage much of the property management and administration. The role offers genuine autonomy, control over your diary, and the chance to grow something meaningful, ethically, sustainably, and profitably. The Role As London Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the London operation, balancing day-to-day activity with longer-term growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and work across all areas of the business when needed. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the London lettings and sales pipeline Generating new business and nurturing long-term client relationships Overseeing valuations, viewings, negotiations, and instructions Supporting and collaborating with the Birmingham team on management and admin Assisting the Managing Director in building and strengthening the London presence Identifying opportunities for growth across lettings, sales, and ancillary services Representing Avery Residential’s values: personal, ethical, inclusive, and bespoke This is not a “bums-on-seats” role, it’s about quality over quantity, intelligent growth, and building something you can be proud of.
