Key Responsibilities:
- Operate long bed lathes to ensure precision and quality.
- Minimise rework by maintaining excellent surface finishes.
- Record and analyse measurements before and after boring.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure bore finishes meet standards.
- Load and unload tubes from racks using overhead cranes.
- Understand and address quality issues, making necessary adjustments.
- Apply modern management techniques such as TPM and 5S.
- Adhere to strict safety standards throughout all activities.
