Coordinate with the logistics team to optimise workflow and meet deadlines. Monitor and enforce safety regulations within the warehouse. Organise and manage the schedule of warehouse staff effectively. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in proper working condition. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Profiel A successful warehouse supervisor should have: Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the logistics sector. Experience with an e-commerce client is mandatory.
