<strong>Role: D365 Systems Administrator</strong><br> <strong>Location: Kenilworth (Hybrid – 2/3 Days On-Site Weekly)</strong><br> <strong>Salary: £50,000 - £55,000</strong><br>Network IT are working with a large and well-established organisation to recruit a <strong>D365 Systems Administrator</strong> to join their Information Services team. This position centres around the configuration, development, and continuous improvement of key business systems and reporting solutions, with a primary focus on <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform</strong>.<br>You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, and drive improved use of data through high-quality reporting and insight generation.<br><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>As a <strong>D365 Systems Administrator</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and evolving the organisation’s core data-driven systems. You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional solutions, delivering configuration and development work in a controlled and structured manner, and ensuring all changes are thoroughly tested before deployment.<br>This is a hands-on role that blends system configuration, reporting development, change management, and user support. You will also have the opportunity to shape how systems develop over time to better meet business objectives.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Work as a <strong>D365 Systems Administrator</strong>, delivering hands-on configuration within <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong> and the <strong>Microsoft Power Platform</strong>.</li><ul><li>Configure D365 from a <strong>data and table perspective</strong>, including creating and managing <strong>entities, fields, relationships, lookups, and choice (option set) values</strong>, ensuring data structures are scalable and aligned to business needs.</li><li>Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional system designs.</li><li>Apply <strong>business analysis methodologies</strong>, including process mapping, requirements definition, and change management.</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>reports and dashboards</strong>, using tools such as <strong>Power BI</strong>, to provide meaningful business insights.</li><li>Contribute to the design and optimisation of <strong>data models and structures</strong>, ensuring data integrity and usability.</li><li>Deliver system changes end-to-end, including <strong>testing (SIT/UAT)</strong>, release coordination, and post-implementation support.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with operational and strategic goals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>data security, GDPR, and information governance</strong> standards.</li></ul></ul><strong>Essential Skills & Experience</strong><br><ul><li>Degree-level IT qualification or equivalent professional experience.</li><ul><li>Strong experience <strong>configuring</strong> and supporting <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience with the <strong>Microsoft Power Platform</strong>, alongside reporting tools such as <strong>Power BI</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>databases, data structures, and reporting systems</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.</li><li>Experience delivering system changes across the full lifecycle, including testing and deployment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Experience working with sensitive data, with a solid understanding of <strong>GDPR and information security principles</strong>.</li></ul></ul>
