Children Law Solicitor (Legal Aid) NQ

An expanding specialist family department is seeking a motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine passion for children law. If you enjoy a varied caseload, conducting your own advocacy, and being part of a collaborative team, this role offers an excellent platform to grow.

The Role

You will work across a mixed caseload of public and private children matters, including care proceedings, domestic abuse, emergency applications, and complex children disputes. You will have the opportunity to conduct your own advocacy, take ownership of files, and develop your skills with strong support and supervision.

• Knowledge of Legal Aid
• Confidence managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
