JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Experience (CX) Team at Andersen Windows is looking for dynamic, motivated, individuals with diverse opinions, beliefs and cultures who are interested in pursuing an opportunity in customer service. In this role you will be a Subject Matter Expert in multiple functions within the entire CX team. Standard work hours for this role are 9:30 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. CST This opportunity will involve a mix of onsite and digital training. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Communicate with customers using multiple workflows (i.e., phones, quotes, orders). · Handles complex customer issues/exceptions, weights options and alternatives. Is effective in situations where information or standards are unclear. · Identify, respond and resolve customer inquiries independently and handle escalated requests. Handles exceptions that are unique and require one-time solutions. · Understands and suggests broader implications across multiple teams for continuous improvement opportunities. · Understands CX supply chain from quote to order. · Positive, professional, empathetic, customer-focused, inclusive and solutions-oriented. Living the Andersen Team values consistently. · Supports teams through coaching and mentoring. Provides objective input to supervisor on employee work performance. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: · High School diploma or equivalent plus 3-years work experience to include training and processing work. · Advanced written, verbal, phone communication skills. · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. · Advanced computer skills; including Microsoft Suite. PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
