<p>Gotpeople are currently recruiting for an experienced <strong>HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver</strong> to join our client based in Watford and Radlett. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable company offering consistent weekday work.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As an <strong>HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver</strong>, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role involves multi-drop deliveries and manual handling, including the unloading of pallets</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>• Carry out deliveries safely and efficiently to customers<br /> • Assist with unloading Pallets<br /> • Complete daily <strong>vehicle checks</strong> and report any defects<br /> • Ensure all deliveries are completed in line with company procedures<br /> • Maintain a high level of <strong>customer service</strong> when interacting with clients<br /> • Follow all <strong>driver hours and road safety regulations</strong></p>
<p><strong>Driver Requirements</strong></p>
<p>• Valid <strong>HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence</strong> – new passes welcome<br /> • <strong>Full CPC</strong> and <strong>Digital Tachograph card</strong><br /> • No more than <strong>6 penalty points</strong> (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)<br /> • Comfortable with <strong>manual handling and lifting bulky items</strong><br /> • Good communication and customer service skills<br /> • Ability to work safely and follow delivery schedules<br /> • Must have appropriate <strong>PPE (Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong></p>
<p>• <strong>£16.00 per hour PAYE £19.00 PAYE Umbrella</strong><br /> • <strong>Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per shift</strong><br /> • <strong>Monday to Friday day shifts</strong><br /> • <strong>Free on-site parking</strong><br /> • <strong>Driver assessment required before starting</strong></p>
