Home / Career / SENIOR OUTSYSTEMS DEVELOPER SENIOR OUTSYSTEMS DEVELOPER Apply Now SENIOR OUTSYSTEMS DEVELOPER Apply Now COUNTRY Ukraine FORMAT Remote Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is an AI-powered custom and automation software development company specialising in low-code (OutSystems) and Microsoft .NET frameworks.    The Senior OutSystems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise applications primarily using the OutSystems low-code platform. This role combines strong platform expertise with broader Microsoft technology capability to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.   Minimum expected duration is 4 months, likely to extend to the end of the calendar year. Some team members are in Australia, and you must work from 3 pm AEDT (7am UA time) to ensure a daily stand-up handover.  Tasks according to the project: Working on new applications to automate manual processes today Modernizing legacy applications to enhance security and supportability Building a twin application stack to enable the de-consolidation of a group of companies into several independent companies from a tech stack point of view Project's areas include health, retail, government, and industrial REQUIREMENTS OutSystems Certifications are mandatory (e.g., Associate Developer, Professional Developer, or equivalent). Experience with Agent Workbench for Agentic AI. Strong understanding of developing enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform. Comprehensive knowledge of C# and the .NET framework. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and responsive web development principles. Proven experience in web API development and system integrations. Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, and advanced SQL query writing. Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes. In-depth understanding of core programming and object-oriented principles such as encapsulation, polymorphism, and composition. Expertise in decomposing complex systems into modular, maintainable components that other developers can easily understand. Experience delivering projects independently or leading other developers. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and systematic approaches to issue resolution. Appreciation of broader business context and the ability to align technical solutions to client objectives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Client-focused expert with the ability to build trust and maintain strong, professional relationships. Proactive and self-motivated individual with a commitment to continuous learning and certification. Strong analytical thinker with a structured and methodical problem-solving approach. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and deliver robust applications primarily using the OutSystems platform. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs that account for client constraints, budgets, deadlines, and system integrations. Develop and maintain integrations using Web APIs and external services. Work with C#, the .NET framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend and enhance OutSystems solutions where required. Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including writing and tuning SQL queries and stored procedures. Implement secure software development practices throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Develop accurate, competitive client quotes, including technical analysis, solution estimates, workshops, and presentations. Identify and communicate risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints to maximize successful delivery outcomes. Establish, maintain, and promote development standards and best practices within the team. Review team members’ work, provide constructive feedback, and support knowledge sharing and mentoring. Maintain high-quality technical documentation and project artefacts. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exemplary service and support throughout the project lifecycle. Actively contribute to internal programs, process improvements, and organizational objectives (OKRs).
