A boutique research agency based in central London, is keen to recruit a Quantitative Insight Manager to join its growing team focusing on delivering ad-hoc studies. The agency delivers bespoke quantitative research for market‑leading organisations across Media, Entertainment, Education and FMCG. Projects will be hugely varied including NPD, Brand, Segmentation and Creative testing
The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on role for someone who relishes owning projects end‑to‑end, turning data into compelling insight, and building trusted client relationships.
You’ll:
Lead quantitative projects from brief to delivery
Design questionnaires and research frameworks
Manage fieldwork, data quality and analysis (Q or similar)
Translate data into clear, actionable insight and storytelling
Present confidently to clients
Act as the day‑to‑day client contact
Manage timelines, budgets and resources
Support and mentor junior team members
About you
Solid quantitative market research agency background at SRE or RM level
Strong survey design and data analysis skills
Confident client communicator and presenter
Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to have
Advanced stats (e.g. segmentation, driver analysis)
Q and/or Decipher experience
Using AI tools to enhance research workflows
