About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in the Trafford area. This is a full-time position running from September 2026 through to June 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with early years learning activities and daily classroom routines
- Leading and assisting small group sessions to develop communication, phonics, and social interaction skills
- Working alongside the class teacher to create a positive, organised, and engaging learning environment
Pre-requisites:
- Relevant level 3 early years qualification
- Proven experience working with children in a school, nursery or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
