<p><strong>Digital Services Manager needed in Rochford Paying £27.24 per hr ref 22401</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p> Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage the live operation of digital services</li>
<li>Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems and service requests</li>
<li>Oversee incident, problem and service management activity to ensure timely resolution</li>
<li>Work with business areas to reduce failure demand</li>
<li>Use resident and officer feedback to improve digital user experiences</li>
<li>Ensure services comply with information governance, data protection and security requirements</li>
<li>Deliver digital and service improvement projects, using appropriate project management approaches</li>
<li>Manage suppliers, contracts and budgets</li>
<li>Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners</li>
<li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement across live digital services</li>
