Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor

Enjoy 40 days annual leave as a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor on a permanent basis. You will be managing all contractors and quality checking.

As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:

• Managing daily compliance tasks following certification
• Completing inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
• Completing audits and post inspections on the contractors work
• Involved with signing off the EICR’s

Qualifications / Experience:

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th edition
• AM2 or 2391
• Previous experience on the tools as a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor
• Previous experience overseeing contractors
• Previous experience working with EICR’s

As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:

• £42,000 to £47,000
• 11% pension scheme
• 40 days annual leave
• Cycle to work scheme
