Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join a family-friendly team in Norfolk! The Schedule Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Work-Life Balance: 40 hours per week with NO WEEKENDS! What You’ll Do As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, providing top-tier support across phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goals include: Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive journey from start to finish. Technical Guidance: Guide customers through troubleshooting, order fulfillment, and post-purchase support. Product Expertise: Maintain a high level of parts knowledge (specifically small engine parts-related) to confidently assist clients. Process Improvement: Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services. What You’ll Need Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Proven background in customer service role. Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Technical: Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of at least 32 WPM. Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with minimal absences.
