If you understand how hospital operations work and enjoy coordinating across clinical, business, and technical teams, this could be the perfect next step in your career.</p> <p>What You’ll Do:<br /> Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of IT projects — from new clinical and business applications to infrastructure and network upgrades.<br /> Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all dependencies and milestones are clearly defined and executed.<br /> Collaborate with clinicians, department heads, and IT staff to align project goals with the organization’s strategic objectives.<br /> Manage cross-functional teams — including internal staff, consultants, and vendors — to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.<br /> Monitor progress, track risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact project success.<br /> Prepare clear, insightful reports for leadership on timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.<br /> Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and user acceptance criteria.</p> <p>What We’re Looking For:<br /> Proven experience managing IT projects in a hospital or large healthcare environment (required).<br /> Strong understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and medical claims processes.<br /> Hands-on experience using MS Project or similar project management tools.<br /> Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills — you know how to motivate teams and build trust across departments.<br /> Experience managing project budgets and timelines with precision.<br /> If you’re passionate about improving healthcare through technology and want to work in an environment where your expertise is valued and your work truly makes a difference — we’d love to talk to you.<br /> This is a chance to take on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and help drive the digital transformation of healthcare.</p>
