What you will do:

• Apply your expert knowledge to support children with complex and diverse communication profiles, delivering tailored speech and language therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop comprehensive support plans based on pupils’ individual needs.
• Work with families, carers, and relatives to ensure a supportive network is in place for every child accessing the service.
• Develop your understanding of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice, ensuring approaches are as inclusive and effective as possible.
• Utilise a broad range of SaLT assessment tools and remain updated on legislative requirements impacting clinical practice.

Requirements:

• HCPC-registered professional.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of paediatric speech and language therapy practice.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care.
