TIG Welder

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Tig Welder position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel outlets and drains
• Produce clean, precise, and structurally sound welds
• Interpret basic welding specifications and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or weld instructions
• Consistent attendance and punctuality—must show up on time
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to keep the work area clean and safe
